Terms of Use

General Terms and conditions 

• All prices indicated are in US Dollars.

• If payment is accepted in any currency other than US Dollars it will be at prevailing exchange rate

• A $300 or 25% (whichever is greater) Reservation Deposit is required to reserve dates.

• Payments will be due in full 60 days before the start of the rental period, in cash, credit card, bank transfer or by certified check.

• $300 of the Reservation Deposit will be held as security against cancellation and/or damage to the property, it will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the booking provided that the booking has been paid in full and there are no damages.

• Should any damages exceed the security deposit, I acknowledge that I will be held responsible and will pay these on demand.

• The earliest check-in is 4:00 pm.

• The latest check-out time is 10:00 am.

• Rental periods may start on any day during the year other then December 24/25/26/31 and January 1. (when these days are also exit days from previous guests)

• Upon departure all used bed linens will be striped from the beds and placed in the laundry room. The bath linens laundry will be washed and drying in the dryer. Start the dishwasher and seal all trash bags, place the trash in the trash cans and leave the rental home tidy.

• Pool heat is available for an extra charge (optional), during the colder weather there is no guarantee of the water temperature achievable.

• BBQ cleaning and supplies are the responsibility of the guests. Guests should leave the equipment in a clean and hygienic state. A charge of $ 55.= will be made if cleaning is required.

• Garbage is to be put to the curb at the allocated trash collection times.

• Smoking is limited to external areas only.

• No pets are allowed. (unless staying in a pet friendly property)

• Children must not be left unattended in the pool areas or in areas with access to the pool area.
