Welcome to this beautiful villa. The Villa is nicely located on the Watersong Resort, Watersong is located in the middle of a beautiful preserve with lots of nature and wildlife not far from the theme parks where Orlando is famous for!
The villa is in december 2019 completely upgraded to a very high standard and breaths a modern vibe together with contemporary luxury.
On the first floor you'll find a lounge area in the front of the house, the dining room is also located here.
The family room with two beautiful white leather couches has a large flatscreen TV, adjacent there's a breakfast area which is overlooking the pool.
The well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
There's one master bedroom downstairs with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with vanity, shower, bath tub and separate toilet.
On the second floor there's a third lounge area furnished as a movie room with leather couches, beamer and Dolby Atmos sound.
On this floor there are the remaining 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and is decorated in travel/city style, the bathroom has a vanity, in tub shower and toilet and is located in the bedroom.
Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds and is decorated in Beach style, Bedroom 4 has also 2 Twin beds and is tastefully decorated in Disney style. These two rooms share the bathroom in the hallway with an in tub shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 5 is the second master with a King bed and en suite bathroom with single vanity, in tub shower and toilet.
On the first floor there's also a separate toilet, laundry room and completely renewed games room with pool table, ping pong table, Atari game computer and foosball table in Route 66 style.
The gas heated swimming pool and luxurious hot tub are overlooking a conservation area.
The deck faces the southwest and has a large covered lanai, making this pool an oasis to return to after a busy day, and use from the early hours until late in the evening, even in winter.
The villa has WiFi and 65 "ultra HD cable TV with Roku functionality in the lounge and each bedroom including Netflix functionality.
Guests have access to the beautiful clubhouse with communal swimming pool and fully equipped gym and other facilities.

Watersong is a gated community direct on the mainroad 17-92 which goes from Kissimmee to Haines City.
