About the Accommodation

Our spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom with a beautiful pool and spa was constructed in Sept. 2003. It is laid out perfectly to accommodate one large family or two smaller families. Our home is located in the Four Corners community in Davenport, Florida less than eight minutes from the Disney World exit off of I-4. This luxurious home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, ample dining and living space with high speed wireless internet, a game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball (table soccer), 55' LED ROKU TV, with a Blueray player with Netflix in the family room.

All Bedrooms are equipped with smart tv's (ROKU)

The screened in pool/spa is 14 feet x 28 feet and ranges in depths of three feet to five feet. The spa is the perfect place for adults to relax while the children play in the pool (pool/spa heat is available for an extra charge - optional). The pool area also includes two chaise lounges and seating for four around the table under the covered lanai.

The yard is surrounded by a six foot fence for added privacy while the western exposure allows for viewing Florida's beautiful sunsets.

Four Corners

Located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida, nestled in a delightful woodland setting. With excellent access to main highways on the popular HWY 192 and I-4 and being only 6 miles from Disney World Orlando, Four Corners is never far from all the main attractions central Florida has to offer. Community facilities at Four Corners include a swimming pool and basketball court along with a children's playground all available exclusively to residents and guests. The Berry Town complex just 2 miles away offers a large Publix supermarket and an array of shops and restaurants. For the keen golfer, there are numerous top class PGA Championship golf courses within a short drive, including Highlands Reserve, ChampionsGate and Southern Dunes to name a few.
